Head Lice Service Policy
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a service received, concern must be expressed within 14 days of the service. The client MUST return to the clinic to be evaluated in person by a certified Lice Clinics of America technician. We will fix, correct and work with you to achieve a satisfactory service resolution. Our number one goal is for your family to be lice-free and happy! All services are non-refundable. After an AirAllé treatment, a positive diagnosis requires a live bug of any size. Visual evidence should be kept and placed in a bag when coming back to the clinic.
*** Please remember that lice is highly contagious and it is our recommendation that all family members are screened by a technician to prevent re-infestation. ***
